Hello Internets! First off, The amendement got defeated. That's great. Really. And it gives me nice new shiny possibly relavant statistics to work with. (Yay.) And isn't messing things up by being another interfering factor. (Yay.) But at this point, we really shouldn't get too excited. There's still work to be done, and, although I'm not exactly known for my nature as a workhorse, even I know not to get too distracted from the ultimate goal(s) of the Gay Rights Movement. Yay for fair and balanced nonpartisanship. That said, we, which is to say Mr. Kohl and I, have been accepted to present at the National Service Learning Showcase with the NSLC. It's actually kind of a success. And, of course, the survey is almost out. We have a first draft, at least. Maybe 'almost out' is a bit of an exaggeration. Details, details. |
